We will work with you to create a website tailored to your specifications and needs. The services must be written and itemized in the invoice. There is no obligation for any services that are not itemized or not mentioned in the invoice.

2. Payment and Fees
Payment for our website design services is upfront payment. Fees for our services are outlined in the invoice. Additional fees may apply for extra services not included in the invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide us with all necessary materials and information required for the website design process, including text, images, logos, and other content. You also agree to review and provide feedback on design drafts in a timely manner.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for our services, you will own the intellectual property rights to the website design, excluding any third-party elements or software used in the design. We retain the right to display the completed website design in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Revisions and Alterations
We will provide two revisions or alterations to the website design with you. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Any errors made by “Top Experts” are excluded from additional fees.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the website design project at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, we may refund you if the termination complies with the Refund Policy. (Please read the Refund Policy carefully)

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

3. Unsatisfactory Performance: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our website design services and we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, within 14 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
